  • I have known Jill verboort my whole life. I recently ran into her and we talked a little business. I was currently with another insurance company with a similar name and after adding a newer truck to our policy our premiums went up $100 a month. She promised me that they could get us a better price and that I should call for a quote. I spoke with Erin, who was wonderful, easy to talk to, very professional, and extremely efficient, within 20 minutes I had new quotes for auto, home, and renters insurance. I couldn't believe how much money I was able to save, our auto insurance premiums alone were over half of what we were currently paying and are saving us over $150 per month. We have been with the other insurance company for over 15 years and when I called to cancel the agent didn't even ask us why or fight to keep us. I have only been a customer for one week and I'm so happy that we switched, I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner. Call them, I promise you will not be disappointed!

  • Simply great service. I have been with them for over a year now. They saved me over $500 on my home and auto insurance. They even check in with me periodically to see if I need anything. Highly recommend them!

    Twice, I have encountered with Erin who is located at this particular agency. Once where I have issues with my vehicle and they were unable to help. Waited for roadside assistance for HOURS after they told me they would call me back. I had to call THEM BACK before they told me they were unable to help. Secondly, I just called to speak with Jill, whom Erin would refuse to let me talk to. Not once did she offer to take down my number and tell me that Jill could contact me later: She would flat out refuse and insisted that Jill was in a meeting and unable to contact me on a future date. I would then ask specifics for my account: 1- What was the cause of the increase in my per month payment. 2- Why I still haven't received the bluetooth device that was meant to be placed in my car after my third time inquiring about it 3- How much will I be pro-rated for if I were to leave my contract for in the mail. Her response: 1- "Did you move? I think it's the move." I find it extremely odd to be told that they aren't certain why you're paying a certain amount. 2- "Well, an order wasn't placed for one" If I had to contact your agency 3x times in regards to it and it hasn't been ordered, that's your fault - not mine. 3- "I just don't know. Maybe like 20 bucks?" I inquired further and asked how I would be able to know the exact amount. She THEN told me that the wait time would be about 45 minutes. I said I was willing to wait. She then responded, "Really, are you sure you're willing to wait 45 minutes?" First of all, you don't know exactly the wait time for the billing department. Secondly, that sort of snappy response to get me off the phone yet again when I have CLEARLY responded that I wanted to know what the cost of how much money I would be receiving makes this agency very unwelcoming. To sum it up: 1- I was not told there would be an increase upon moving locations. 2- I would told the wrong amount how much a service would cost. 3- I received unprofessional attitude from Erin in particular 4- I did NOT receive proper care from individuals who promised they would call back when I was in an emergency situation forcing me to call them back 3 hours later. Mind you, it was over 80 degrees. Had to call ANOTHER state farm agency nearby who was willing to help (thanks Chris Gonzales). Even he mentioned that Jill may be a great individual but the other workers there can't be depended on. 5- The bill on my insurance went up without any concrete idea from Erin 6- Was pushed to have me get off the phone after ERIN SUGGESTED to talk to billing and then gave an attitude afterwards that it may be 45 minutes. 7- Could not receive an idea of pro-rated amount I would receive in return for cancelling with them. The State Farm slogan is "Here to Help Life Go Right" As you can tell from my numerous incidents, we can both adequately say that this was clearly not met.
