- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience origanally was great. As soon as i got a text about my taxes being available i realized that the emerald xard they assigned me was not linked to me at all. I called and the lady took a message said i would get a call back shortly but never did. So i called again. And still didnt get the help i needed. I tried to call the main nimber but getting to a customer service rep didnt happen no matter gow many times i called.
